Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement large-scale generative AI architectures, focusing on Agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making systems for 2026.
- Multimodal Learning: Develop and fine-tune models capable of understanding and generating across text, vision, and audio simultaneously.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference latency and throughput for production deployment on massive GPU clusters, ensuring real-time responsiveness.
- RAG & Vector Databases: Lead the implementation of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging paradigms such as neural-symbolic AI and differentiable programming.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and natural language processing (NLP).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector database technologies (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with elegant algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
