Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect the technical roadmap for the next 3-5 years, identifying key breakthroughs in AI and Machine Learning.
- Predictive Modeling: Lead the development of next-generation predictive algorithms that anticipate market shifts and user behaviors.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision-making systems.
- System Scalability: Design resilient, cloud-native architectures capable of handling exabytes of real-time data streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
