Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring long-term strategic impact
- Present insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and domain experts
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging technology verticals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling and P&L management skills
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning work
