Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL
- Drive patent development in sustainable tech and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and neurotechnology
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ members
