Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Track record of publishing research papers or leading open-source projects in the AI space.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Generative AI tools and fine-tuning large language models.
