Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI models designed for the 2026 technological paradigm shift.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on long-term reasoning and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum AI) and assess their feasibility for our platform.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
