Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for real-time autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing principles into classical AI models to enhance processing speeds.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for the development of advanced AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and futurists to define the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize existing algorithms for extreme efficiency and reduced energy consumption in large-scale data centers.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading R&D teams in high-tech environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with quantum algorithms and blockchain integration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
