Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Administer benefits enrollment and deductions
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system audits
- Develop payroll reports for leadership and compliance
- Ensure adherence to FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Deep knowledge of multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
