Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple clients
- Oversee financial reporting and budget variance analysis
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for advanced financial modeling and data analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure GAAP compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
