Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts)
- Maintain clean and organized workspace with proper documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
