Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide accurate account information and resolve customer inquiries
- Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist with branch operations and support team initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering certification preferred
