Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service, ensuring a welcoming branch environment.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions with high accuracy.
- Manage cash drawers and balance daily transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services to existing clients.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance transfers, and resolving banking issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace in accordance with security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic proficiency with computers and banking software systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
