Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions to customers through product recommendations
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM reconciliation with strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Support branch operations through document preparation and record maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficient with basic computer systems and banking software
