Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Operate the teller system efficiently to ensure accurate record-keeping and reconciliation.
- Cross-sell financial products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards to meet branch goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby environment and adhering to strict security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or banking experience is a plus.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and banking software.
