Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and building trust through personalized solutions
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Support new account openings and assist with basic account maintenance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
