- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict financial protocols
- Open new accounts and explain banking products/services to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Uphold security standards and identify potential fraud risks
- Actively cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Spanish bilingual preferred for El Paso market
