Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by educating clients on digital banking tools, security features, and account options
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily to ensure operational integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience in a financial setting
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site events
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and fraud detection
