Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve client inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and anti-money laundering protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Operate core banking systems (Fiserv, TellerWorks) and fraud detection tools
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and compliance training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling experience in retail or banking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations and BSA/AML requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 lbs coin bags
- Arizona Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
