Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and promote bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain secure cash operations and daily reconciliation of teller drawers
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations and compliance standards
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach events to enhance bank visibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pennsylvania banking license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Successful completion of background check and credit review
