Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports efficiently
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Communicate financial data clearly to stakeholders and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) a plus
