Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage attachments, bonuses, and commissions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Implement new payroll policies and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding documentation
- Audit timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in Texas
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and Texas state labor laws
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
