Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Manage tax filings, deductions, and garnishments in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed auditing and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with HR to implement new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security protocols
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- Familiarity with federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with flexible scheduling implementation
