Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash drawers with precision.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain banking products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
