Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to provide actionable insights
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to budget planning and cost optimization
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial analysis
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
