Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support business forecasting and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed financial models, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
