Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures
- Monitor KPIs and variance analysis to identify opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

- Experience with weekly/monthly close processes
