Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for senior leadership
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation analysis
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics against strategic goals
- Present financial findings to executive stakeholders using clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- SQL or data visualization tool experience (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
