Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
