Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets against actuals to identify trends and operational improvements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations for executive leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and control costs.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and budgeting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus but not required.
