Your Impact:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be the backbone of our financial strategy, translating complex data into actionable business intelligence for our leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term business planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecasts, identifying key drivers and outliers.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project financial viability and optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of external audit requests and regulatory filings.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
