Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate financial databases using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with remote work preference
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines in remote setting
