Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics, trends, and variances to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards communicating financial insights to C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to optimize financial outcomes
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis supporting M&A activities, pricing strategies, and market expansion
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Maintain and enhance automated reporting systems using SQL and Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in tech or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables) and Power BI/SQL
- Proven track record of translating financial data into strategic business recommendations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
