Your Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, forecasting future trends, and providing actionable insights to the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
