Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, economic indicators, and industry competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, concise, and compelling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, monitor actual performance against forecasts, and provide variance analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and speed.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial analysis adheres to relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role within the financial services sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel), SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Certification: CFA, CPA, or CIMA certification is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial audiences.
