Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support annual budgets and long-term planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models and scenario analysis tools to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and revenue streams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
