Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to optimize performance.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with SQL or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
