Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor ongoing financial performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
