Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models to support business planning, capital allocation, and scenario analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with broader business objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences.
