Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor spending against approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and present actionable recommendations to management.
- Conduct research on market trends and economic factors affecting the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
