Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support budget planning and long-term strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Perform ad-hoc financial research and analysis to support mergers, acquisitions, or capital investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
