Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and presentations for executive leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accurate data interpretation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
