Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business unit goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards using Excel and advanced BI tools.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor capital expenditures and ensure cost control measures are met.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
