Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and assess business scenarios.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies in financial data.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Streamline financial reporting processes and implement best practices for data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
