Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify variances, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and Marketing) to assess the financial impact of new initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis to understand the root causes of financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role within the finance industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings to senior management.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA) is highly desirable.
