As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, preparing complex reports, and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) required.
- Software: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
