Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
