Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to predict future performance and assess risks.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and executive management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
