Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project financial viability and ROI.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Present complex financial data to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus but not required.
