Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analyses
- Create cash flow projections and budgeting models
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking
- Support M&A transactions due diligence processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong SQL or database querying skills
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
