Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to support strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
